Say goodbye to those Ellen DeGeneres boxers. It appears Bradley Cooper is officially taking fashion pointers from Gigi Hadid.
On November 17, the 48-year-old actor was photographed walking the streets of New York City in a very eclectic outfit, mixing American flag-inspired cargo pants with a striped sweater by Hadid’s knitwear brand Guest in Residence, topping off the look with a green varsity jacket from the J.Lindberg x Golden Bear collaboration. He further accessorized the busy ensemble with a cozy beige beanie, tortoise shell aviator glasses, and neutral Nike sneakers.
This is not the first time has worn a piece from his rumored girlfriend’s fashion line. Since the pair were first linked in October, Cooper has been seen out and about in Guest in Residence’s Plaid Work Shirt as well as the brand’s limited-edition Sambas sneaker collab with Adidas. This time, however, Cooper’s sartorial nod to Hadid went far beyond a $693 cashmere sweater.
Earlier this month, Hadid was photographed in a very similar green and white varsity jacket from an entirely different fashion collab. On November 5, the 28-year-old model was seen wearing the Carhartt WIP x Awake NY Teddy Jacket over a white t-shirt and her own brand’s Tweed Work Shirt. Not unlike Cooper, she styled the look with a beanie and tortoise-shell eyewear, though she opted for a pair of cat-eye sunglasses.
This may be a sign that Cooper and Hadid are getting more serious. Back in October a source told People that Hadid was simply “having fun” with her celebrity “crush.”
“She’s independent, busy, and her days are filled with responsibilities so I don’t see anything serious happening right away if at all,” the source said. “[They have] things in common so it’s possible to see it progress… It appears super casual now, but they both have kids, big careers, busy lives and understand what life is like in these circles. It’s cute…and there is an attraction.”
Clearly, Cooper’s attraction extends to her wardrobe… And who can blame him?
