**London — **Ben Sherman, the British heritage menswear brand, has appointed Brand Solutions International (BSI) as its new global licensing agent, effective immediately.

The deal will see BSI oversee Ben Sherman’s licensing business worldwide, excluding the UK and Ireland, where the brand will continue to manage its own licensing program.
