UK ministers ‘misled’ Parliament on Russia report delay: Labour

LONDON, Jan 18 (Reuters) – British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s government misled parliament about the reasons for the delay in publishing a long-awaited report into Russian interference in UK politics, the opposition Labour Party said on Wednesday.

The government said in November it would publish the report into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 Brexit referendum and the 2017 general election before parliament’s Christmas break, but it failed to do so.
