The first ever CIFF x Revolver event will take place this summer – CIFF

Previously held separately and in different locations, the historically rival fairs will now be held together under the same umbrella. This milestone event will involve the relocation of Revolver to CIFF’s exhibition space, the Bella Center in Copenhagen, with the aim of “consolidating and streamlining operations.” Additionally, the first joint edition will be held under the direction of Sofie Dolva, head of CIFF since its last winter edition.

The organizers stated that their goal with this joint venture is to “establish a new and enhanced trade show experience” by merging “CIFF’s more than three decades of experience as the oldest trade show in Scandinavia with Revolver’s fresh approach, to create something that exceeds the sum of its parts.” The event will provide over 20,000 square meters of exhibition space to accommodate brands, buyers, and exhibitors.

CIFF and Revolver have announced that their first joint trade show will be held from August 9 to 11, 2023, following CIFF’s acquisition of its former rival Revolver earlier this year. The first combined show under the direction of Sofie Dolva, the director of CIFF, will take place at the Bella Center in Copenhagen, consolidating and streamlining operations under one roof with the new vision of “One Copenhagen.”

“Together we can bring the best of Danish, Scandinavian and international fashion to the forefront, creating a more cohesive and valuable trade show experience for both brands and buyers,” said the CIFF director, adding that the combined fair aims to “meet the demands of tomorrow and provide optimal conditions for brands to trade, evolve and shine in an impactful international context.”

In its inaugural edition, CIFF x Revolver will feature more than 800 national and international brands, spanning from emerging to established market segments, showcasing everything from menswear to womenswear, lifestyle and beauty – the latter being a novelty introduced in the last edition of CIFF. The event will also feature a program of 200 buyers, talks with industry experts and a new trade show app.

At the same time, the Danish capital will host its Copenhagen Fashion Week from August 7 to 11.
