Snipes appoints Dennis Schröder as European CEO

German streetwear specialist Snipes has announced the appointment of Dennis Schröder as managing director of its European division. He will be joining CFO Tim Spickenbom and COO Peter Buse as of May 1.

“Due to our constant growth and the high relevance of our wholesale activities, now is the right time to fill the position in order to be able to work even more strategically and future-oriented,” explains CEO Sven Voth. “Denis is the ideal person for the job. Through his work at Nike and Puma, he already knows many of our partners, is well known in the industry and brings a wealth of experience to the table.”
The appointment comes at a time of expansion for Snipes, which has made a number of acquisitions in the US market. A market where the German company acquired the Mr Alan’s chain in 2019, the Jimmy Jazz shops at the end of 2021, and the Expressions network in March 2022.
